To ensure safety and comfort of all Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some terms and conditions.
Confirmation of booking
Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total cost.
Note:
i) Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “SARTI PREMIUM COMPLEX” reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
ii) The deposit must be received by "SARTI PREMIUM COMPLEX” no later than the date as specified by the reservation’s department.
iii) Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to “SARTI PREMIUM” reservations by email.

Refunds
For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.
0% cancellation fee:
Full refund – When a cancellation to the booking has been made with a minimum of 30 days notice (from the date of check in) being given to “SARTI PREMIUM” reservation’s department.
Note:
i) 100% of the deposit is refunded.
ii) Accepted notices are by email.
100% cancellation fee:
A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check in.
Note:
i) No refund to the deposit is refunded.
Non-refundable Rate
Payment of total cost (NON REFUNDABLE / 100% cancellation fee), required to be paid at the time of booking.
*For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)
Balance of deposit
The balance to the booking is made at “SARTI PREMIUM COMPLEX ” prior to the arrival date.
* Overnight tax not included.
* Prices are estimated per room type, not per person. We count the children’s as adults.
The room number of your reservation is indicative, the hotel may offer a Guest ,Room No, other than that which has been booked, that will not differ in any essential manner from that which was stipulated in the confirmed booking.
Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception. Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card they are obligated to pay the penalty of 5 euros.
The “SARTI PREMIUM COMPLEX” is only authorised to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport, to the relevant hotel employee immediately upon arrival. Each lodging will keep a copy and Guest has to sign an arrival document confirming that data that he/she provides to hotel are valid as well as departure period.
Room check in is from 3:00 pm, Guests are to check out by 10.00 a.m. on the last day of their stay at the latest, and they are obliged to have vacated the room by this time.If a Guest fails to do this, the hotel is entitled to bill him/her for another day’s stay. In the event that the hotel has already reserved this room before hand, and the guest fails to heed requests to vacate the room, or if he or she is not present in the hotel, the hotel reserves the right – with a three-member committee in attendance – to catalogue the Guest’s possessions and to store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by the Guest for whom it has been reserved.
For your convenience hotel has an open parking area in front of the hotel. Parking is subject to availability . Hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the car park.Linen is changed every 4 days in rooms and suites. Used towels are changed every second day ,Used towels found on the floor are
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms as well as in all common indoor areas. Allowed on balconies and outside terraces.
Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire hotel. Password is provided at the Reception and on your key card folder.
Laundry service is available in the hotel. Official price list of Laundry services is provided at the Reception Desk.
During your stay, you have option to choose pillow. Pillow menu provides 2 pillow types. For more information please contact Reception Desk.
For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years old without adult supervision in the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises.For security reasons, not allowed children less than 10 years old to use the elevator without adult supervision.
After using the beach Guests are kindly requested to clean themselves and their belongings of sand before entering the hotel.
Guest is kindly asked to roll up the balcony sun awning each night .
In the event of damage to a room or other property due to intent, willfulness or negligence, the accommodation reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to interruption of activities, on the customer's credit/debit card. In cases where the customer has not paid by credit card, but by cash or other means, the accommodation will demand immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered by the customer, otherwise he reserves all his legal rights.
Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Please do not slam doors or behave noisily in the hotel corridors.Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.
Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management or without adult supervision.
A Guest may not use his/her own electrical appliances, which are not used for the Guest’s personal hygiene (personal irons,electric grill,hot plates, electric heaters, high watt devices etc.) in the hotel room.
At the hotel reception you have option to borrow adapters and chargers depending on availability. You are kindly requested to leave adapters and chargers at the reception after use. Also, at the hotel reception you can get Dental and Shaving kit.
Guest is kindly requested not to receive visitors in the rooms."Sarti Premium seaside bar" can be used as a "meeting point".
It is not allowed to take ,explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals , drugs in to the hotel.
If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to advise Reception 24h prior departure. there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A) will be charged.
In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. Hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
Pets are not allowed.
Customers are requested not to cause a disturbance, to behave civilly and to respect other tenants and the staff of the accommodation. All guests must comply with hotel regulations. Common quiet hours are observed from 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:30 - 08:00.
If you have any suggestion on hotel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience.
We kindly ask our Guests to observe the provisions of these terms and conditions. In the event that a Guest is in breach of these, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
